Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Care

The Cambian Group in Shrewsbury is seeking a Deputy Manager for Residential Children’s services (ages 8–18) to support the Registered Manager and lead a team in a safe, therapeutic environment.

You will deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager, supervise staff, and ensure care plans are implemented while maintaining safeguarding standards. DBS checks are required, and full UK driving licence is essential.
