Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Home – Care Leadership

Nursing Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home in the North West. You will support the Registered Manager, lead staff, ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and contribute to care planning and audits.

The role requires Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Caring for Children and Young People and 3–4 years' residential childcare experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.
