Deputy MLRO & Chief Compliance Leader

OANDA Europe Limited is seeking a Head of Compliance & Deputy MLRO to oversee regulatory risk across the business in the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, you will lead the local compliance team and serve as a primary regulator liaison, including FCA engagements.

You will design and maintain the compliance control framework, monitor non-financial risks, approve financial promotions, and support AML/KYC processes while enabling commercial growth.
