Deputy Store Manager - Lead Store, Develop Team

B&M is looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our Tolworth store in Greater London. You’ll be hands-on, supporting the Store Manager, running the shop floor and stepping in during absences to keep the store performing at its best.

You’ll lead a team, coach and motivate colleagues, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service across all areas. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
