Deputy Store Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Store Performance

Lidl GB is recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, stepping in when the Store Manager is absent to support colleagues.

You'll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, while upholding Lidl values.
