Design Manager

A Facades Contractor is currently looking for a permanent Design Manager to lead design coordination and compliance management on high-risk building remedial projects in Essex. Start Date: September Salary: up to £70,000 per annum (DOE) Contract: Permanent Hours: 40-hour week (4 days office / 1 day WFH) Duties: Managing design coordination and compliance across live projects Overseeing BSR Gateway processes on High-Risk Building (HRB) remedial works Fulfilling Principal Designer / Principal Contractor duties Requirements: Strong experience with BSR Gateway processes Proven track record on High-Risk Building (HRB) remedial projects Experience of Principal Designer / Principal Contractor duties Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam If you are interested, please send your CV for consideration.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
