Design Systems Director — Scale, Governance & Strategy

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Design Systems Lead to define and evolve a scalable design system across engagements. You will bridge design and engineering, set governance, and drive adoption of system components, tokens, and documentation.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor designers and developers, and contribute to client-facing design system strategy while shaping Adherence to accessibility standards.
