Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst / Microsoft 365 / M365 / Windows / Active Directory / AD / Office365 / MS Exchange / Printers / Hybrid Remote / Daventry / Northamptonshire / £32,000 - 38,000 + bonus + benefits.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst.

Location - Hybrid, 5 days per week with 2 days onsite in Daventry

(Candidates must live within 1 hour or Daventry)

Salary £32,000 - 38,000 + excellent benefits + bonus

Experience:

• IT related degree ideally Computer Science
• Approx. 3-5 years' experience combining 1st line and 2nd line desktop support
• Installation, operation and configuration, maintenance of hardware and software
• Environment - Microsoft, Exchange, Active Directory, M365, Windows

Desirable:

• Any exposure to networking, networks, virtualisation, servers or security would be beneficial although not essential.
