Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and assessing potential development land opportunities.
• Conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and site appraisals.

Requirements

• Significant experience in land agency , development, or planning.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and development process.
• Proven ability to identify and secure development opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, financial appraisal, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software for site analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a remote workload.
