About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Campaign Manager to lead their digital marketing initiatives, working entirely remotely with a focus on their Sheffield, South Yorkshire presence. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will manage a diverse range of online channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing, ensuring all activities are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical professional with a proven track record of successfully managing complex digital campaigns and a passion for delivering measurable results in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, PPC, social media advertising, display, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Generate comprehensive campaign performance reports, presenting key findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance and ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing tools .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
