About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Digital Campaign Manager to lead their online advertising efforts from their Plymouth office. This role is crucial for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You will manage campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaign strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with creative teams, content writers, and web developers to ensure campaign assets are compelling and aligned with objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and user engagement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies to the Plymouth leadership team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Campaign Manager or in a similar digital marketing role, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign reporting.
- Experience with budget management and optimization for digital advertising campaigns.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
