About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to support their Performing Arts initiatives in Stoke-on-Trent . This hybrid role involves crafting engaging digital content that highlights performances, artists, and events, aiming to broaden audience reach and engagement. You will be responsible for generating creative assets across social media, website blogs, and promotional materials, working closely with the marketing and programming teams. This position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with essential on-site collaboration, providing a dynamic experience within a passionate arts organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual and written content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and short videos.
• Write engaging copy for website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials related to performances and events.
• Assist in the production of promotional videos and photography for the performing arts program.
• Manage and update content on the organization's website and social media channels.
• Collaborate with artists and internal teams to gather content and ensure accurate representation.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience inquiries.

Requirements

• Experience in digital content creation , social media management, or related field.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and social media platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a creative flair.
• Familiarity with the performing arts sector is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
• Portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is encouraged.
