Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including promotional trailers, behind-the-scenes features, and artist interviews.
• Design visually compelling graphics and motion graphics for social media posts, website banners, and digital advertisements.
• Write engaging copy for social media captions, blog posts, and website updates, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Manage the organization's social media channels, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to ensure digital content aligns with overall campaign objectives and event promotion strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator , Video Editor, or Social Media Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for audience engagement.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for digital audiences.
