About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital E-commerce & Social Media Coordinator to support their marketing efforts in Leeds . This role will involve assisting in the day-to-day management of social media channels, contributing to the development of engaging content, and supporting various digital marketing campaigns that drive e-commerce sales. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure our client's online presence is consistent, compelling, and effective. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Support the execution of paid social media campaigns, tracking performance and assisting with reporting.
• Contribute to the development of blog posts, website copy, and email marketing content to support e-commerce initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant hashtags to inform content strategy.
• Help coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for content creation or campaign execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience (1-2 years) in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within e-commerce.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and scheduling tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative copywriting.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting in Leeds .
