Digital Learning Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Digital Learning Coordinator to support the development and delivery of online educational programs. This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of digital learning resources and platforms. You will act as a key point of contact for faculty and students needing support with our online learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical and pedagogical support to users of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital learning content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
• Help manage online course enrollments and user accounts within the LMS.
• Support faculty in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to online course delivery.
• Gather feedback from users on their experience with digital learning tools and resources.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials for digital learning platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role within an educational technology or online learning environment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Moodle, Canvas) and general office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, comfortable interacting with users remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
