About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and skilled Digital Learning Designer to develop engaging online learning content for a variety of educational platforms. This is a remote-based contractor role, offering flexibility in location. You will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing high-quality digital learning experiences that meet pedagogical goals and learner needs. Working closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers, you will leverage various technologies and methodologies to create effective and immersive learning modules. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content, including e-learning modules, interactive simulations, videos, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and effective online learning materials.
• Utilise instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learner-centred experiences.
• Manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning content and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and instructional design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Learning Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital learning content.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.
• Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
