Digital Learning Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and technically adept Digital Learning Designer to join their team on a contract basis, working a hybrid model in Nottingham . You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing engaging, interactive digital learning experiences for a variety of audiences. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, creative flair, and a strong understanding of digital technologies to produce high-impact learning solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate learning objectives into innovative and effective digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and multimedia learning assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create engaging digital learning experiences.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and user experience (UX) design.
• Ensure all digital learning content is accessible, engaging, and meets quality standards.
• Test and review digital learning materials to identify and resolve any issues prior to launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Learning Designer or Instructional Designer.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in creating engaging multimedia content (video, audio, graphics).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with remote and on-site team members in Nottingham .
