Digital Learning Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and forward-thinking Digital Learning Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is central to developing innovative and effective e-learning experiences for a diverse audience. You will translate complex subject matter into engaging digital content, utilizing a range of multimedia and interactive technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about adult learning principles, adept at using cutting-edge authoring tools, and thrives in a collaborative, virtual environment. You will play a key role in enhancing our client's learning and development initiatives, ensuring they are accessible, impactful, and aligned with organizational goals, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to bring learning solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, interactive simulations, videos, and other digital learning assets.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design theories to create effective and learner-centric content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize various authoring tools and multimedia technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond) to produce high-quality learning materials.
• Manage the end-to-end development process for digital learning projects, from analysis and design to deployment and evaluation.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate learning solutions to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning design and development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and user experience (UX) principles.
• Experience with multimedia development (video editing, graphic design) is highly desirable.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team.
