Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, courses, and training materials using instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and translate content into effective digital formats.
• Create multimedia elements, including video, audio, graphics, and interactive simulations, to enhance learning experiences.
• Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to build and deploy digital learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and iterate based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Learning Designer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Experience in creating multimedia content (video editing, graphic design).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
