About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team in Reading . This role is crucial for driving data-informed decisions within their e-commerce and social media marketing efforts. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, and a passion for uncovering insights that lead to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including website analytics, social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to provide strategic recommendations for campaign optimization and future planning.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the performance of different marketing tactics and creative assets.
- Collaborate with marketing managers and specialists to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst , Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and terminology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
