Digital Marketing Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team in Cambridge . This role is focused on measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and inform future marketing decisions. Working closely with the digital marketing team, you will transform raw data into actionable intelligence that drives business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing metrics and trends.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for campaign success.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and marketing spend.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure proper tracking implementation (e.g., Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst , Marketing Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
