Key Responsibilities

• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
• Identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define campaign goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Provide actionable recommendations to marketing stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Stay current with advancements in digital marketing analytics tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related data analysis role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Norwich for hybrid working.
