About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and insightful Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team in Plymouth . This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with remote work. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex digital marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive strategy and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate is proficient in data visualization tools and has a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their performance metrics. This role is crucial for ensuring data-informed decision-making across all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including website analytics, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to recommend strategic improvements for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
- Stay current with advancements in digital analytics tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar data analysis role within marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
