About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team, offering a hybrid working arrangement . Key Responsibilities
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing metrics and trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing on various marketing elements to drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data tracking and attribution modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective KPIs.
- Excellent data visualization and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work model , commuting to the Cambridge office as needed.
