Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media channels and blog posts.

• Help manage and update website content, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor social media conversations and engage with followers, escalating customer service inquiries as needed.

• Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office tasks in Leeds .
