Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

• Analyze campaign performance data and website analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and conversion-focused content for digital channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar senior digital marketing role, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM (PPC), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation software).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, based in or willing to relocate to Norwich .
