About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead their online marketing efforts in Aberdeen . You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and optimize customer acquisition across various online channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and hands-on execution within a collaborative team environment focused on achieving measurable business objectives and fostering a strong online presence for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets, focusing on ROI and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in content creation and management, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
