Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in Cardiff . You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. This role requires a data-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in managing multiple digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You will work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and foster a high-performance marketing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve marketing objectives.
• Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
• Create and manage a content marketing calendar, ensuring high-quality, engaging content is produced and distributed.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
