About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital strategy from their office in Plymouth , with a hybrid working arrangement. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive online growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with a talented marketing team, contributing your expertise to achieve ambitious business objectives and elevate the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain a content marketing strategy, including blog posts, website copy, and social media content.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior role, with a strong understanding of all digital marketing channels.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, depending on the client's focus.
