About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online presence initiatives on a fully remote basis. This senior role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and support e-commerce sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to achieve target KPIs.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and high-quality content, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer data using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform strategy adjustments.
- Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and reporting on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
