About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital initiatives from their office in Southampton . You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving qualified leads. This leadership role requires a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively across departments. You will play a crucial part in shaping our online presence and ensuring our digital strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and optimize all digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum ROI.
- Oversee SEO efforts to improve website ranking and organic search visibility.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, engaging content across all digital platforms.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar senior digital marketing role.
- Strong expertise across various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies with measurable results.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
