Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance data, and user engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and advise on their adoption.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting complex data to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
