About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital strategy from their Reading office. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of the company's online presence, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to ensure maximum ROI.
• Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Develop and manage a content marketing plan, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
