Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Create and oversee engaging content marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and blog posts, to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), providing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and lead generation targets.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending new approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices, with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
