About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their vibrant team in Newcastle upon Tyne . You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical prowess to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness across various digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Develop and manage social media content strategy and calendar, creating engaging posts and monitoring online conversations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising platforms.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
