Digital Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Digital Project Manager to lead and oversee various digital initiatives from inception to completion, working fully remotely. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and project management methodologies. You will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of high-impact digital projects within a supportive, remote-first team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, execution, and closing.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and content.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered digital projects.
• Solid understanding of web development, digital marketing, and UX/UI design processes.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
