About the role

This is a senior systems improvement and optimisation role, initially focused on the HR & Payroll System (CHRIS), the integrated Applicant Tracking System and the Finance System. • Drive adoption, effective use and continuous improvement using system insight, user feedback and operational evidence.
• Work with colleagues, subject matter experts and suppliers to agree and deliver improvements.
