Director, FS Risk & Compliance Transformation

Baringa is seeking a Director to lead large-scale risk, regulation and compliance transformations for Financial Services clients in the UK. You will advise Boards and senior risk leaders on strategy, governance and controls, and shape enterprise risk frameworks and operating models.

You will build trusted client relationships, originate new opportunities, and contribute to growth of the GR&C practice while developing consultants and aspiring partners.
