This is a pivotal role requiring a proactive leader to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate strong client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for prospective clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Experience working within the specified industry and local market is highly advantageous.
