Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the golf club, including golf operations, F&B, events, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance member satisfaction and attract new clientele.
• Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue streams.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads and their respective staff.
• Ensure the highest standards of course conditioning, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and governing golf bodies.

Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) in golf club management or a senior role within the golf industry.
• Proven track record in operations management, financial planning, and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of golf course operations, tournament management, and club governance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of hospitality and customer service excellence.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., PGA qualification, hospitality management).
