You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction on a global scale. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company-wide strategy for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives across all business functions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and progress.
• Mentor and coach teams on lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Drive cultural change towards a mindset of proactive problem-solving and customer focus.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational excellence goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a leadership role focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, or lean management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale improvement initiatives in a remote or distributed environment.
• Expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and Agile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
