About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical Director of Strategy and Planning to join their leadership team. This is a critical fully remote position, enabling you to influence the company's direction from anywhere within the UK . You will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional foresight, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans. You will work collaboratively with executive leadership to shape the future of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of the company's strategic plans and initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to set strategic priorities and align departmental goals with overall company objectives.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic investments and initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on strategic progress.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy development, corporate planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies .
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and market analysis.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote leadership capacity is advantageous.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, or a related discipline.
