About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and dynamic Director of Tennis Operations to lead their premier tennis facility in Manchester . This senior leadership position requires a blend of business acumen and a deep understanding of tennis programming, player development, and facility management. You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of all tennis-related activities, including coaching programs, junior and adult academies, tournaments, and member services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance tennis programming and revenue streams.
• Oversee all aspects of tennis operations, including staffing, budgeting, and facility maintenance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the tennis coaching staff, ensuring high standards of instruction and player engagement.
• Manage junior and adult tennis programs, including elite academies, recreational leagues, and tournaments.
• Foster strong relationships with members, players, coaches, and the wider tennis community.

Requirements
