Director/Partner

This is one for the leaders, the business developers, the ones who are go-getters and who get a rush from seeing their business grow.

Have you got a ton of ambition but nowhere to go? Maybe you've reached a glass ceiling, maybe you've just not quite had the chance or freedom to truly shine, or maybe it's just not worth it financially for you.

If this sounds like you, then this is what we can offer:

True professional freedom - you'll be unleashed to do what you do best, which is win work, get new clients, wine & dine and network. I mean yes, you'd have to deliver on the projects too of course, but there's a team behind you here that can do all that!

A well established brand, with a good name in the industry, a lovely, hard working and talented team of Architects and Technologists, and offices in the City Centres of Manchester, London, Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh (open to all locations).

Pressure, but the good kind. Since you're the kind of person that thrives when there are targets to hit, you'll have these - but not unreasonable ones, you'll be supported to perform at your best, and you'll see yourself be pushed to heights you didn't know you had.

Financials - as the business grows, your rewards grow with them. Potential here for profit share, bonuses on work winning and much more.

Future growth of your own department, built in your image, under your direction.

What you'll need then, ideally, is:

Experience in a senior level role in the UK, having led teams and projects, and with solid client relationships. If you can bring those clients on board immediately then all the better, but it's not necessary.

Business development skills - this is an absolute must, as you'll be responsible for bringing in the work.

Ideally, you'll have experience in the education and/or industrial sectors. But if not, don't worry! So long as you are confident you've got what it takes, we still want to hear from you
