Director, Structured Finance & Large-Corporate Deals

Barclays is seeking a Director in Structured Finance within the UK Corporate Financing Group to originate, structure and execute medium to large debt transactions for major corporate clients. You will lead deal teams, assess risk, build sophisticated financial models, and ensure compliance with Barclays policies while collaborating with Coverage, Credit, and external advisors.

This senior role also involves developing junior colleagues and contributing to the bank’s growth agenda.
