At Leightons, our qualified Dispensing Opticians lead the dispensing journey from start to finish.

You'll build genuine relationships with patients, taking time to understand their lifestyle, prescription requirements and personal style before recommending the right eyewear solution.

Whether you're styling frames, advising on the latest lens technology or helping someone rediscover their confidence through great eyewear, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every single day.

This is a role where your expertise is respected and your recommendations are trusted.

Why Woodley?

Our Woodley practice is built around delivering personalised care and exceptional service.

You'll join a welcoming and supportive team that shares your passion for quality, creating an environment where you can focus on providing expert advice and memorable patient experiences.

It's the perfect opportunity for a Dispensing Optician who enjoys working closely with patients and wants to be part of a practice where relationships come first.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines clinical expertise with a passion for people.

You'll be:

• A fully qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care

• A confident and engaging communicator

• Customer-focused and consultative in your approach

• Enthusiastic about eyewear, styling and personalised service

• Motivated to deliver outstanding experiences for every patient

Most importantly, you'll believe that quality care, expert advice and genuine relationships are what set great optical practices apart.

Why Leightons?

Since 1928, we've built our reputation on trust, expertise and exceptional customer care.

Today, we're proud to remain independent, giving our teams the freedom to focus on delivering the very best outcomes for patients rather than simply chasing targets.
