Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve productivity goals.
• Ensure all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching, are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health, safety, and security.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy through regular checks.
• Identify and report any operational issues or opportunities for improvement to management.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in the Bradford area.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, including WMS, inventory control, and health and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
