Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Divisional Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations for their division based in Bristol . This senior role requires a dynamic leader to oversee all operational aspects, drive efficiency, and implement innovative strategies that contribute to the division's success. You will be responsible for managing operational teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is adept at managing complex operational environments and possesses exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational functions within the division, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with divisional and company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff and management teams.
- Manage divisional budgets, P&L, and resource allocation effectively.
- Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience (7+ years) in senior Operations Management roles, preferably in a divisional capacity.
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership , communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with financial management and P&L accountability.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.
