Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions within the division, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with divisional and company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff and management teams.
• Manage divisional budgets, P&L, and resource allocation effectively.
• Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in senior Operations Management roles, preferably in a divisional capacity.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership , communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with financial management and P&L accountability.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.
