About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller / CAD Administrator to join our team. This varied role combines document control, administration, CAD drafting, and general office support duties. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, producing technical drawings, and supporting both office and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Create new CAD drawings and amend existing drawings as required
* Upload project documentation to ProjectWise
* Upload and maintain information on ARDR
* Type and compile test certificates
* Create and maintain project programmes using Microsoft Excel
* Produce and compile Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals
* Ensure documentation is accurately maintained and stored in accordance with company procedures
* Support project teams with document management and reporting requirements
* Print and prepare labels for workshop and site requirements
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a Document Controller, CAD Administrator, Technical Administrator, or similar role
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with document management systems such as ProjectWise would be advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience producing O&M manuals and technical documentation is desirable
