About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and efficient Domestic Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of residential properties and communal areas in Cambridge . This role is essential for providing a comfortable and hygienic living or working environment for residents and occupants. You will be responsible for a range of cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work, contributing to the overall appeal and upkeep of the properties, working within a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing in assigned residential units and common spaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-use areas.
• Ensure windows, mirrors, and other surfaces are streak-free and immaculate.
• Empty rubbish bins and maintain the tidiness of designated waste disposal areas.
• Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the property manager.
• Follow a regular cleaning schedule to ensure consistent quality and coverage.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a domestic cleaner is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and household cleaning products.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• A strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.
